RENTAL POLICIES

INSURANCE

Comprehensive insurance is included with every economy rental at no extra cost, covering you against accidental damage, theft, and third-party liability while driving in the UAE. In the event of damage, an excess amount may apply, which will be explained clearly at the time of booking.

DELIVERIES

Delivery is complimentary across Dubai, including Business Bay, Dubai Marina, JBR, Downtown Dubai and Deira. Airport delivery is also available at no extra charge.

SECURITY DEPOSITS

A pre-authorisation is held on your credit card at collection. Deposits on economy vehicles range from AED 1,000 to AED 2,500 depending on the model. The amount is held, not charged, and is released once the vehicle has been returned and inspected.

FUEL POLICY

Vehicles are supplied full to full. Return the car with the same fuel level you received it with, or a refuelling charge applies based on the current market price of petrol.

Frequently Asked Questions

Economy car rental starts from AED 150 per day for the Hyundai Elantra and Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross. Rates go up to AED 400 per day for the Audi A6. All rates include insurance. Weekly and monthly bookings work out lower per day —  \contact us for current rates.

Deposits on economy vehicles range from AED 1,000 to AED 2,500 depending on the model. The amount is held as a pre-authorisation on your credit card rather than charged, and released once the car has been returned and inspected.

UAE residents need an Emirates ID and a valid UAE driving licence. Visitors need their original passport, a valid UAE visit visa and their home country driving licence. Some nationalities also need an International Driving Permit. Send us your documents in advance and we will confirm before you book.

Every car carries an RTA-registered Salik tag. Gate crossings are charged at AED 4 per gate and billed at the end of your rental. You do not need to top up the tag.

Yes. All vehicles are insured for driving across the seven Emirates, including Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. Taking a rental vehicle outside the UAE is not permitted under the rental agreement.

The Hyundai Elantra and Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross are the most affordable in our fleet at AED 150 per day. Both are 2025 models with automatic transmission, and both include insurance.
