What information we collect
Information you give us directly
When you book a vehicle, request a quote or get in touch, we may ask for:
- Your full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- Nationality and country of residence
- Date of birth, so we can confirm you meet our minimum rental age of 22
- Driving licence details, including your licence number and expiry date, and an international driving permit where one is required
- Passport or Emirates ID details, where UAE rental regulations require us to verify your identity
- Flight details or hotel address, when you ask us to deliver or collect a vehicle
- The pickup and drop-off dates, times and locations you choose
We collect some of this in person at handover as well as online, so this policy covers both our website and our offline booking process.
Payment information
Card payments are processed through a payment page or terminal operated by our payment provider or bank. We only see confirmation that a payment or a security hold succeeded, along with limited details such as the last few digits of the card and the cardholder name, so we can match the payment to your booking.
Where we take a security deposit as a pre-authorisation hold, that hold is placed and released through the card provider.

Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records some technical information when you visit:
